Not-so-secret Diary entry #4 - Rainbow Mantow(s)
Did you get your daily dose of #vitaminrainbow yet? We did!! This #splashofcolor in Mantow(s) is brought to you 100% natural.
Here's the list of ingredients to use:
Yellow: Carrots
Green: Spinach
Red: Red yeast rice
Black: Black rice
Blue: Butterfly Pea flower
Purple: Purple sweet potato
Too much work to make them yourself? Source for naturally colored food from your local food producers(online or offline). We're sure they're plenty out there in your area!

The question of "Why should we switch?"
Our humble toothbrushes come in all shapes and sizes. Whether your toothbrush is manual or electric, the handles are typically made with plastic and rubber handles. Nylon is commonly used in bristles.
The shelf life of a toothbrush is about 3 months. We, now know that most plastic products are not recyclable. Imagine how much plastic nightmare in the form of toothbrushes is thrown out into our landfills and oceans.

After three months or when bristles have frayed, remove bristles with pliers. The handle is now ready to be upcycled or composted.
